Next up is the San Jose Sharks Top 10 draft picks. While some of the Honorable Mentions are solid players today, they did not crack the Top 10 because they have had shorter careers relative to those in the Top 10. For example, when it is all said and done, Logan Couture will probably have had a better career than Jeff Friesen. But until then, he and his 130 career points will be ranked lower than Friesen.

3. Evgeni Nabokov G, 9th Round 1994, #219 overall
4. Miikka Kiprusoff G, 5th Round 1995, #116 overall

6. Sandis Ozolinsh D, 2nd Round 1991, #30 overall
7. Joe Pavelski C, 7th Round 2003, #205 overall
8. Brad Stuart D, 1st Round 1998, #3 overall

10. Christian Ehrhoff D, 4th Round 2004, #106 overall
Honorable mention: Mike Rathje, Logan Couture, Marco Sturm, Ryane Clowe, Matt Carle.
