Komorov signs with Moscow sign of more domestic players?

With Komorov leaving for Moscow Dinamo is it now time to increase the percentage of Canadian and American players back in the NHL?
We all know the KHL is a cash league but the hockey lifestyle has a lot to be desired according to most who've played there. But like Komo there are a lot of foreign born guys that want more money this may make way to develop and retain home grown talent and loyalty. The one thing the Leafs lack is team loyalty unlike Detroit where players sign there for less management and scouts stay there for the long haul. Toronto is in a lesser spot but they should consider signing character guys who know there spot and the common goal is to win, win a cup.
