Much like Markus Naslund, it seems that Jan Bulis has decided to take advantage of the clean slate that the playoffs provide. If Bulis and Naslund have huge playoffs and help the Canucks go deep, no one will talk about their underachievement this regular season.
Bulis was one of the Canucks most dangerous looking forwards from the 1st to the 7th period, was great on the penalty kill and caused numerous turnovers by throwing hits and forechecking hard.
Players who somehow had energy in the 4th overtime

Big time character win this morning, and I think it may deflate the Stars considerably for the next game at the garage.
If I were a betting man, I'd bet the Canucks will head into Dallas with a 2-0 series lead.

I think that Naslund is going to have a great playoff...the slate is clean. As for Bulis, as much as I love his play away from the puck he has zero idea of what to do with it once its on his stick. Kesler was a great surprise last night, I loved his energy and effort. Who would have thought that he could skate like that after missing so much time and such surgery...it took Morrison 25 games to get his speed back! Way to go Kes.
