I have had enough of this talk that somehow Patrice Bergeron is to blame for the Randy Jones hit. This is a case of media members trying to make themselves part of the story. See Don Cherry and his idiotic comments
http://www.cbc.ca/sports/...your_head_down_in_th.html. Bob Mckenzie writes that the prevailing opinion outside of Boston is that Patrice Bergeron contributed to his "own demise"
http://www.tsn.ca/blogs/mckenzie/?id=221637. I doubt that these opinions are the prevailing opinion anywhere outside of Philadelphia, a place that is currently leading the country in murders
http://inquirer.philly.co...aphics/homicide_map_2007/ and hockey suspensions so what else would you expect. I really do not have a problem with the Jones getting 2 games but let's stop blaming the victim here.
The news from Chiarelli today that Patrice needed a wheelchair to get to the Garden yesterday and that he cannot carry on a conversation for more than a few minutes does not bode well for his chances of playing again this year. That's too bad considering the unexpected start the Bruins (thanks Tim Thomas) have put together.
I object vehemetly to your attacks on the City of Philadelphia, ad to your generalization of it's fans as all of them blaming Bergeron. I'm a Flyers fan. I don't blame Bergeron one iota. It was all on Randy Jones. You say you doubt that these opinions are the prevailing opinion anywhere outside of Philadelphia. Yet the links you post to comments blaming Bergeron are from people outside of Philadelphia. That means either your stupid or not thinking clearly. Please do not lump all Flyers fans into one group. Because I personally do not support some Flyers fans and their idiotic comments place any amount of blame on Bergeron.
Can we all just move on? There are 81 other games this season to discuss.
Your a Moron!!!
