Edmonton Players.....Here or There?

Greetings Hockey Fans,
Horcoff is gone for the season. Kevin Lowe is left with 2 options, firesale or just try to keep burke from getting the #1 pick.
If he moves people here is a list of who should go and in the most ideal situation what we may get for them.
Fernando Pisani - 2nd Rd. pick/some russian having trouble signing
Jarrret Stoll - Only for a first round 09 not this years draft (I want to load up on picks next year, cause almost every team is a couple injuries away from a lottery pick, and taveres)
Geoff Sanderson - 2nd round pick
Marty Reasoner - 2nd Round pick
Steve Staios - blue chip prospect (think salo for gilbert)
Joni Pitkanen - If we cant sign him and only if we get multiple picks 09 and players
Dwayne Roloson - 4th rounder/ any breathing player in the AHL under 22 Although he may be worth more next year for some reason so i dont see any harm in keeping him, Garon is cheap.
Again this is only best case scenarios and will never all happen but if someone gets desperate at 2:30 eastern on the trade deadline k.lowe can make some moves and maybe steal something out of this season. Or he can go for it and just try to not suck, pick up a replacement for horcoff and roll the dice.
But then again, I've been wrong before.

you're dreaming if you think Geoff Sanderson or Marty Reasoner are worth 2nd rounders... I know the comparison with Sutherby, but he is a much more rounded player and a defensive stalwart that many teams could use. Sanderson is an offensive guy, whose game has totally eroded and Reasoner is a serviceable 4th liner that could be a value addition for a later pick. Pisani won't be dealt... bad contract saps him of real value, and that he is Edmonton's native son means it would be bad for P.R. to deal him.
If they can get rid of Steve Staios and Roloson by the deadline I would be happy. Pitkenan and Stoll are restricted freeagents so let the offers come and see if we can get some great picks for them or we'll just match them. I'd give Reasoner away for any pick because he'll just sign with us in the new year again anyways.
jjwiens, i could not sgree with you more, staios and roloson provide veteran leadership and roloson has proved he can do it in the playoffs, i dont see the future of the oilers with these guys in it and we may be able to get something good back for them. As for Stoll and Pitkanen, i think we should sign both of them, but i agree wait until any offer sheets come in because either we match or we get way better picks than what we would get trading them at the deadline.
