Eric Engels posted ten perfect questions for his Hab followers on Thursday, i thought i would come up with my own ten for my beloved Flames......is nothing original anymore?
1. Who will score more goals this season, Rene Bourque or Daymond Langkow?
2. Which of these categories would you be most pleased to see Jay Bouwmeester lead the rest of the Calgary Flames defense core in, Penalty minutes? Hits? or Blocked shots?
3. Which is more likely, that Olli Jokinen is traded or signs an extension?
4. Who will reach the 20-goal mark this season first, Nigel Dawes or Dustin Boyd?
5. Does Curtis McElhinney play more or less than 25 games this season?
6. Who do you think will be the biggest surprise on the Flames this season?

How can Boyd be a disappointment at $650k? He'd have to score on our own net or infect half the team with the swine flu. I think the biggest disappointment is going to be Jokinen. He will likely be traded at the deadline.
I think boyd is going to be a disappointment not because of his salary, but because of the expectations people are starting to throw on him. I really see another matthew lombardi, but not even as good, in boyd, and that's why I think he'll be a disappointment. If tavares only scored 20 points in the next two years he'd be a disappointment and he's only making 850K or whatever
