Prediction: Flyers in 7
Synopsis: Both teams are dealing with some significant injuries. The Bruins get Savard back, but lose one of their only pure goal-scorers in Marco Sturm. Meanwhile, the Flyers are still without the services of Simon Gagne and Jeff Carter...both of whom would be first line players on the Bruins. The Bruins have been getting top notch goaltending from Tuuka Rask, but his play can't last for long. The rookie who is playing in his first playoffs already showed some signs of fatigue as he allowed 4 goals from the Flyers in game 1. With the unsteady D of Denis Wideman, Matt Hunwick and company, the Bruins and Rask should soon start to show their lack of depth. Marc Savard was a ghost in game 1 until potting the game winner in overtime. The only reason why this series will go the distance is because of Brian Boucher. If the Flyers had Ray Emery, it would be a different story. With the bully-style play of the Flyers, more and more of the Bruins should drop off. Where was Milan Lucic in game 1?
