New Jersey Devils Lines and Predictions

In preparation for the 2013-14 season, I thought I'd give you an overview of the team I expect to see. <br /><br /> Jagr-Henrique-Ryder <br /> Elias-Zajac-Brunner <br /> Clowe-Loktionov-Zubrus <br /> Barch-Bernier-Carter<br /> <br /> Zidlicky-Volchenkov<br /> Greene-Harrold<br /> Larsson-Salvador<br /> <br /> A few notes: <br /> -Although the top two lines will probably be shuffled around on the regular basis, I'd like to see Jagr and Henrique together. as well as Brunner and Elias. <br /> <br /> - The defense is extremely flexible as well, but i can imagine Fayne and/or Urbom being traded. Although I would like to see Gelinas, I don't think it is happening right away. <br /> <br /> -Barch is in simply because he will be the enforcer. As senseless as putting him in over Olesz, Tedenby and Gionta is, it seems likely. <br /> <br /> -The goalies need no mention.<br /> <br /> Where do I put the Devils this year? Although it is very difficult to peg them, they are a very good possession team, that showed very competent play in the preseason. I'd put them either 3rd or 4th in the division, making the playoffs in either case.<br /> <br /> Thanks for reading!
