i do not think any defender will have over 70 points. Kaberle and McCabe will both be in the top 5 ( barring injury) Gonchar will not be in the top 5. Neither will Vishnovsky or boyle. I think Timonen will be in this list. He'll continue his role he had as a Predator with the Flyers and will produce a lot, especially on the powerplay.

I don't think Lidsstrom is going to get outpointed by Gonchar. other than that, good list.

I wouldnt be surprised to see Weber higher up. That kid is amazing and he will be taking a higher role with timonen gone.
Lidstrom is awesome, Top 5 to ever player the game as a defenseman. He can completely dominate a game. It is insane to see Detroit dominate (the regular season at least) year in year out.
