Nash,Versteeg,Barker Leafs and more !

So everyone Rick Nash is locked up for the next eight years. Great signing by the Jackets really shows there fans there commitment to hockey and winning. As the news came out im sure Mike from buffalo and Howard burger ,Brian Burke and Dave Nonnis are all saying in sequence AHHH KRAP !!!!
The fact is some of those people including the first two wanted the leafs to just wait till next year. Just wait everyone till Nash and Kolvachuck are available. Well Mike and Howard 1 of the awesome 2 are gone ! So now Ilya is left what happens if he goes as well or if he does get to Free Agency and signs else where ?? THEN WHAT ? WHATS NEXT ? Well ill tell you what's next my guess is Burke is sitting there going KRAP !! not good ! Do you think Burke really wants to go through a long rebuilding process that might not work...Perfect proof of that is La,Atl,Fla, and Phx are perfect examples of building of top 5 and top 10 picks and here were are years later no closer to winning... Mean while a team like Detroit or New Jersey or even Chicago and Boston continue to Draft well where ever they are. The leafs passed up some decent chances to improve there team this offseason thus far they have to a extent but they might have to go without some top flight talent for sometime unless guys like Tyler Bozak,Christian Hanson,Jiri Tlusty,Nazem Kadri,Mikhail Stefanovich,Viktor Stalberg,Dale Mitchell,Chris Didomenico or Nik Kulemin turn into some top line talent and they all arent going to turn into that but they had better hope that some of them turn into that or that they can pull off a couple of block buster trades because for those who are hoping for Taylor Hall keep dreaming the leafs just arent bad enough to finish that low. So i ask all leaf fans now what do you want to happen??
Woah what a situation in Chicago due to a stupid error they may loose five or six players to ufa and two of those players are Kris Versteeg and Cam Barker. This would be devistating for them now TS.ca has the article up on there site but they also say its only a remote chance that this will happen. If it does happen you can bet the teams in need for offense will be after Versteeg like sharks and for teams in need for a Big D man will be in HOT pursuit of Barker !
