My Bloodied Kings

Posted 2:55 AM ET | Comments 4
In the past...My Kings have come up short on the on the goaltending end. Every year the managment has brought in "has beens" or "never will be" goaltenders. Last year was a test after the "never will be" Cloutier failed us Mighty Kings fans, the Kings Management put their trust in another "never will be" Garon. Garon was injured or never fit into management scheme of things. We have seen Roman(Philly fans know what I mean), "The Fizzler" Fiset, and the Mighty "store the puck behind you" Storr. I hope...And this is my opinion...That management lets LaBarbera run with it this year and don't bring any one else in to be #1. If he fails then let the whole team fail, cause your the idiots for signing Cloutier(never will be) to a long term contract.

Defence is another thing I have a problem with...Why!!!!!! Did we resign Modry. He stinks now and he stunk before. Lets sign one more defenceman and trade Modry for a draft pick(maybe a 7th rounder).

Hey Philly fans...How good is Caulder?...He He...Thought so. Can we all say "Never will be again!!" He will be a dead weight issue for 2 years. Please prove me wrong. Camallari is a good Hockey player...Don't get me wrong...He won't get the same numbers he did last year...again...Prove me wrong..

I look back in the past years with Dave Taylor and Dean Lombardi, Some bad choices have been made. A good team in the past have been built around a good Goalie, Defenceman and Forward. The Kings lack that building block.

As I sit in my seats this year, I will close my eyes at each puck shot at our goalie. I don't expect the puck to go in..I just hope my goalie stops it once in a while.

Gotta hope Bernier will pan out for you in net...but that'll take a few years. The rest of your team looks solid though.

I hope Bernier works out for US. We need it after what we had.
