Mark Gage Needs Help

Posted Monday | Comments 0
I thought I had seen it all when it came to people making biased comments regarding the actions of Philadelphia Flyer, Steve Downie, but Mr. Gage, it seems, has raised the bar when it comes to prejudice against the notorious rookie. In his recent Blog http://www.hockeybuzz.com/blog.php?blogger_id=102 , Gage concludes that Downie actually went so far as to fak...

THINGS THAT HAVE TO CHANGE

Posted Tuesday | Comments 0
I wrote a blog a little while back on violence in the NHL, so I thought I would hash it over again from another angle. I have heard media go over this topic over and over again; what it comes down to is the lack of respect the players have for each other. Needs To Be Said

I write this article, as an unbiased fan. I write this, as someone who loves the sport of hockey. This first-round of the 2011 playoffs has been exciting, and nothing but dull. 6 of the 8 playoff series have gone at least 6 games. However, there is something amiss in the NHL. I plan on using 3 examples in this situation. First: Game 3 of the Vancouver vs Chicago se...
Many people in the hockey community feel that the amount of concussions suffered by NHL players is a serious issue – and it is. It is no secret that the number of reported concussions in the NHL has been on the rise over the last number of years compared to the past. This can be attributed to a number of things. First, the knowledge of concussions and the symptoms have i...

Im sorry but what?rnrnhow the hell did kaleta get a 5 game suspension for a nudge? that hit was barely a hit, Richards fell more than he was pushed, especially the day before the air jump on lundin was only a 4 gamer. to me this makes no sense
