jesus the northwest is crazy - if calgary beats minny tomorrow, then THREE teams can win the division title with their last game remaining
Option 1 - CGY beats MIN, CGY beats VAN, COL Beats MIN (Calgary wins Title)
Option 2 - CGY beats MIN, CGY loses to VAN, COL Beats MIN (Colorado wins Title)
Option 3 - CGY beats MIN, CGY beats VAN, MIN beats COL (Minnesota wins Title)
Option 4 - MIN beats CGY (Minnesota wins Title)
Option 1 - CGY beats MIN, CGY beats VAN, COL Beats MIN (Calgary wins Title)
Option 2 - CGY beats MIN, CGY loses to VAN, COL Beats MIN (Colorado wins Title)

I for one really thought this was a great move by the NHL. What a race we have here because of this schedule. Looking at the standing in the first part of the year i thought there would be a similar battle in the Central...not this year I guess.
If the Flames lose to Minny and the Canucks beat the Oil, then the Canucks can eliminate the Flames with a win on Saturday.I never thought I'd say this, but GO WILD GO
indeed. how often is it that a team can either win the divison or miss the playoffs based on the last 2 games of teh season.
x-best division or the most schizophrenic? The NW has played with all of us this year. Every team has had the Jeckyl and Hyde thing happening. Perhaps the most equally frustrating division... Any word on what happened to Vetts?
Don't forget that about half-way through the season, Chicago, Columbus, and St Louis were in the top eight while Nashville and most of the Northwest were in the cellar looking up...
