The Leafs Finally Doing It Right !!

Well as I sit here today I nod my head in approval to Brian Burke. He has managed to add lots of youth to this team and give us legitment good prospect for the future. Some would say that theres a chance Bozak,Hanson and now Gustafson are just as good as 1st round pick but more developed. That could be the case then again it might not be the case. Only time will Tell.
In net the Leafs have netted themselves Jonas Gustafson who many compare to Lundqvist and Backstrom. Leaf fans can only prey that comes true. James Reimer lead his team to the ECHL Championship and won playoff MVP. Then we come to Justin Pogge. Once upon a time he was regarded as the organizations top prospect. Will see if he can recover his game this year and become a tradeable asset.
On defense how can you start anywhere else but Luke Schenn ! Ian white possibly fits this catagory too. This guy is a beast end of story. Then we have Anton Stralman good puck moving Defensemen. We have Phil Oreskovic big rough and tough D-man. Korbain Holzer has been in the system a little while. Carl Gunnarson a nice smooth puck moving D-man who has a nice shot. Then they have a kid they drafted this year in the second round in Jesse Blacker who Bob Mckenzie said on the Watters show could be the Dark Horse of the draft.
On forward there loaded with prospects . It starts with Mikhail Grabovski who had 48 pts in his rookie year including 20 goals. Nik Kulemin has great speed some grit a wicked shot and is money in shootouts. Jiri Tlusty had a great AHL year last year taking in a point per game average. Tyler Bozak might be the head of this list as many as 25 teams tried to sign the kid it was the Leafs who prevailed. Tyler Bozak has great speed and a good shot of the wrong foot. The comparison he drew from many was Paul Stastny from Colorado. Nazem Kadri make no mistake is a great young player. Ron wilson compaired him to a young Tony Amonte. Others have compaired him to Martin St.louis with more grit. Christian Hanson is a big young forward who stands at 6 foot 5 or 6 foot 6 220 pounds. who moves well for his size and has a good shot. He could be a ideal power forward on the second or third line. Other Noteables are Dale Mitchell , Chris Didomenico and Victor Stalberg.
The leafs are doing it right they have not had this much young high potential talent in my life time.
My Predictions
Grabovski 25 goals- 35 - assists 60 points (1st line)
Kulemin 20 goals - 30 assists - 50 points (1st line)
Bozak 17 goals - 30 assists - 47 points (2nd line)
Tlusty 25 goals - 25 assists - 50 points (2nd line)
Hanson 15 goals - 20 assits - 35 points (3rd line)
Gustafson 35 Games 18 wins - 2.70 GAA .910 .svp 2 shutouts.

Thats without improvements on forward... If they add 2 significant forwards to there young group 44-32-6 94 pts 6th in east
