The Preds are playing good hockey and not even some bad breaks could knock this team off of its winning ways. The Preds topped the Blue Jackets 4 to 3 in a SO. The Nashville Predators continue to play their best hockey of the season as they beat the New Jersey Devils 3 to 2 in a shootout. Santorelli and Erat scored in the shootout to lift the Predators to victory. The Preds 2 goals in regulation came from Jason Arnott. Including 1 on the powerplay. Preds Beat Sharks for Third Straight Win

The Preds played another solid game against the Sharks and this time they were rewarded with two points. The first period for the Preds had 14 shots, by 14 different players. A very odd stat. Really good game by the top line and Leggy's line. The Preds were 2 for 4 on the powerplay. Without the PP scoring I have a feeling this would have gone to the Sharks. One important thing to not... The Predators played another really good defensive game. They blocked many of the Stars shots and out shot the Stars 33 to 29. The forwards did a good job of back checking to limit second chances by the Stars. On offense the Preds finally got another goal from Steve Sullivan and P. Hornqvist.
