...the 8-2 blowout last year by the Penguins where Sidney Crosby had his hat trick.
or the 8-4 beating we took where Crosby had 1 goal and 5 assists.
so we can clamor over stevens sending out the #1 PP at the end of the game, but the penguins deserved what they got as soon they started messing with our goaltender. what stevens did was in retaliation to that.
this argument needs to go no further than that.

Comcast did some research and found that during that 8-2 Penguins rout over the Flyer last season, the Penguins had their No. 1 PP unit on the ice at 5-1.

i'll drink to that. as a sidenote the stadium was electric last night. i have no voice today from all of the yelling. it might be the best game i have ever been to.
I'm really starting to dig this whole "Flyers vs the rest of the NHL" thing. Now, if we can just win in Montreal and actually put 2 wins together that will be something really great to build on.
The flyers are a bunch of goons that try to hurt the other teams players with dirty hits....

hahaha catfishcoles comment cracks me up. Flyers didn't have a dirty hit in the game yesterday at all while the Penguins were running around hitting everyone. They actually showed a tremendous amount of self-control
Goons, eh? how about good old George sliding into home plate trying to kill Biron. Or even better crybaby Crosby tripping Biron. Man I would have loved to see Biron beat the ego outta that "kid" BTW good post jerlejeune, haven't heard from you since the paper days when you sat behind me. Now try and figure out who I am.

Flyer fans crying about other teams gooning it up.....hysterical.....BTW, why was Eager on the bench the last 10 minutes of the game when the defecation hit the rotating oscillator....
