Twice a year the largest sport card expo and memorabilia show takes place in Toronto during the spring and fall. Collectors, dealers, manufacturers, and autograph guests come from all reaches of the globe to attend this fabulous event. Being in Toronto, one of the largest hockey markets around, a lot of emphasis is placed on hockey cards and memorabilia. This year Upper Deck and In The Game will be offering hockey card redemption programs that will provide collectors with unique hockey cards only available at the show.
The Fall Toronto Sports Card Expo takes place November 9, 10, and 11, 2007 at the Toronto International Centre
6900 Airport Road, Mississauga, Ontario.
Hours: Friday 1 pm - 10 pm / Saturday & Sunday 10 am - 6 pm
Admission Prices: Adults: $12 per day / Children 6-12: $3 / Children 5 and Under: FREE / Weekend Pass: $25
The autograph guests include the likes of Curtis Joseph, Felix “The Cat” Potvin, Claude Lemieux, and the NFL’s Jim Brown.
While Upper Deck has not given details on their hockey card redemption program it is sure to be highly pursued as it is every year. In The Game has provided full details of their redemption program at the show.
In The Game is respected among hobbyists for the lengths the company has gone to acquire pieces of vintage game-used memorabilia for their cards. The lineup for their redemptions is absolutely stellar. They are sure to be a hot item at the Expo!
