Stick a fork in them

4-1 Phoenix with 10 minutes left.

With 2 minutes left in the 2nd Dallas was down just 2-1. However Mattias Norstrom, being the human pylon that he is, allowed Niko Kapanen to skate right around him to pick up a rebound. Since when is Niko Kapanen a net crasher? Keep him contained and put him on his ass Norstrom. I thought his reputation was as a solid defender and hitter?

Phoenix upped the ante again early in the 3rd with a shorthanded breakaway goal after Daniel Carcillo took an unnecessary run at Matt Niskanen. Some response eh? I suppose things like this will happen when you are telling your whole roster to take more chances, but a shorthanded breakaway and allowing Niko Kapanen to crash your net against your currently most established defender is unnacceptable if you want to win a cup.

Oh I saw that. You never want to lose 6-1, but that Blackhawk team is under rated. Kane and Toews are pretty dynamic young players.I remember earlier in the year they gave the Stars an emotional jarring. Dallas was up 1-0 in the first start of Tobias Stephan's career and they tied it up with maybe 1 second left then won it in OT.
