Michael Vick Must Be Suspended NOW!

Please forgive me for stepping away from hockey briefly, but I know this can reach a lot of people.

As you probably know by now, Atlanta Falcons QB Michael Vick has been indicted by the federal government for his part in running a dog fighting ring. The carcasses of roughly 3 dozen dogs were allegedly found on Vick's property and it has now been made public that at least some of these dogs were put to death via electrocution, hanging or having their bodies slammed to the ground after "not performing."

Dog fighting is a cruel, barbaric, mindless practice that must be stopped. I personally consider Michael Vick to be a gutless, peabrained individual who deserves to go to prison for a long time for his involvement in this atrocity.

You can do your part in urging NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell to suspend Vick IMMEDIATELY by following this link from the Humane Society of the United States:
