Two weeks into the season. You should have some idea if your team is on the right track or not at this point. Here is what you need to know as you set your fantasy hockey roster for week 3 (10/25 to 10/31):

Matchups
Teams with 1 Game: Vancouver
Teams with 2 Games: Boston, Detroit, Nashville, San Jose, St. Louis, Tampa Bay
Teams with 4 Games: Los Angeles, Montreal, Philadelphia, Phoenix

Obviously, you don't want to stack your roster with Canucks this week, as they've got just one game against the Avalanche on their radar. The Lightning also have little chance for fantasy contribution, as they've got one home game with Pittsburgh and then they're away in Phoenix.

As for positive schedules this week, the Canadiens should fare well. 3 of 4 games at home, with a home-and-home against the Islanders followed by a home game with the Panthers. Good opportunity for Price to get on track.

Who's Hot

A number of players have scored in every game so far this season, though the streaks are starting to come to an end. Here are a few to hit the scoresheet every night so far:
• John-Michael Liles (D-COL)
• Daniel Sedin (F-VAN)
• Milan Lucic (F-BOS)
• Nathan Horton (F-BOS)

Brad Richards, Alex Goligoski, and Henrik Sedin had long streaks recently come to an end.

Kris Letang (D-PIT)
After managing just 2 assists in the first 5 games, he busted out with 6 points over the past 3, including 2 goals.

Who's Cold

Derek Stepan (F-NYR)
Fantasy owners tripped all over themselves to pick up Stepan after his hat trick career debut. Since then, he's offered up just 2 assist in 4 games, despite garnering more ice time.

Roberto Luongo (G-VAN)
Luongo has gone ice cold, dropping 4 straight games for the Canucks.

Nikolai Khabibulin (G-EDM)
This is why you don't make decisions after 1 week of games. Khabibulin played ridiculous hockey the first two games of the season. Since then, he's allowed 4 goals in back to back losses, as the young Oilers are providing very little help in front of him.

Waiver Watch

Matt Cullen (F-MIN)
Cullen is always on the bubble of fantasy worth. He's typically good enough to fill out that last roster spot, but is inconsistent at times. Right now, he's on fire. He's still available in 2/3 of CBS leagues.

Mark Letestu (F-PIT)
Letestu is currently benefitting from his surroundings in a big way. He's been seeing plenty of playing time with Malkin, which has led to him currently leading rookies in scoring.

Anthony Stewart (F-ATL)
Chris's big brother is showing why he was highly regarded before little bro came along. He has 4 goals in his past 3 games for the Flames.

P.A. Parenteau (F-NYI)
Parenteau is the latest Islander to come in and pick up the slack for the injured stars. He has 7 points in 7 games this season. Parenteau has bounced around a lot since being drafted in 2001 by the Ducks. He's played for the Rangers and Blackhawks between stints in the minors. Looks like he may stick with the Isles for a while this season.

Matt Taormina (F-NJ)
The rookie defensemen has been a surprise performer for the Devils this past week, scoring 2 goals and 2 assists in his last four games, while seeing nearly 20 minutes of ice per game.
