Saw this clip when they first aired it. I liked the Peters one better, but this one was pretty awesome too. I love how everybody involved had the funnybone to be willing to do it ^_^

That is some very funny stuff. But, I dont get it. The Sabres still are a good team.... aren't they?
Seconded on the Colbert thing, mildly amusing but pretty big ripoff.
Derek seems like quite a character from watching him in the two promos on youtube.
It was a great report, I am sure they had an absolute blast doing it. I seen some clips of this last night on SportsNet and thought it was serious, but what better way to deal with the hilarousness of their situation.
I dunno, I saw the clip with Greg Ross but really didn't like it. Seemed too big a ripoff, and like some others have posted, too much Colbert/Stewart. If you want something funny, make it authentic! Wednesday's Colbert and Stewart had me laughing so hard!
It's funny stuff, great spoof. Everyone involved was a good sport. Clearly it wasn't serious, GO SABRES!
