When the puck drops a little past 7 pm tonight at Madison Square Garden the boys in blue will be looking to hold serve and send the series back to Buffalo all square at 2 games apiece.
The first win against 6 losses this season against the Sabres should give a little boost in the confidence of the Rangers. They have played well the past 2 games, playing the style that helped them get into the playoffs from the back of the pack.
From what he has been saying the past 24 hours it looks like Tom Renney expects that Lindy Ruff may put a few new wrinkles into the Buffalo game plan. The Rangers will have to be ready for whatever is thrown at them and be on the top of their game once again. The coaching staff should have them well prepared.
I'm sure that the fans at MSG once again will give that little extra boost to their team and hopefully they'll respond in kind. Needless to say this is the biggest game for the Broadway Blues since well the game they played on Sunday. A win tonight and the pressure will be squarely on the shoulders of the Sabres.
Here's to another big night at the World's Most Famous Arena. Let's get this party started.
Let's Go Rangers!
Now Drop the Puck Already . . .
