Against current playoff teams we are 2-3-1. Against non-playoff teams we are 7-2-1. Tallinder has 1pt in 16 games. If we extrapolate our current record out over the 58 game schedule we will finish with 72 pts. Probably not enough for a playoff spot.
All kidding aside we have looked like a much better team since the announcement of the new season. If we can continue to play hard we sure be fighting for a 4-6 playoff seed by season end. After a slow start to the season Roy is starting to tear it up. He is on pace for 78pts this season. Not too shabby. Vanek continues to play well with a small slump thrown in there. He is still on pace for 55 goals. Lets hope they keep up the good work.
