I think first Feaster has to find out how much ownership will let him pay. yes there is a cap but will his budget be bigger. Will he be allowed to bury a large sum of money in the minors with players like Stajan, Hagman and Kotilik?

I think ownership showed their willingness to do so with sending Kotalik down this year. I strongly believe Kotalik will be in Europe this year and same goes for Hags. Stajan is so tough and I think they will hold out another year with him to see if he rebounds

This trade Kipper thing, I think has to start at least garnering thought. I know Philly would do it straight across for Carter. He's not a perfect fit but I dont think its a bad move adding top end size, talent, and scoring touch when we are strong enough going forward in net.
