Avs Blow Two-Goal Lead, Lose Again

The Avalanche lost 5-2 to the Canucks on Tuesday after scoring the first two goals of the game.
They came out with an early jump and got on the board quick. John Mitchell received a nice pass from Alex Tanguay and lasered one past Ryan Miller for the goal just over a minute into the contest. It was his second goal of the season and first since he made his season debut in Ottawa.
