It’s a different world we live in today. When a story breaks as big as Semyon Varlamov’s arrest, the twitter-universe becomes the main source for information. This could be a good thing if you follow the right people at the right time, but it could also absolutely destroy an individual like Varlamov when you take any tweet as an actual fact.

Varlamov may be in a bit of trouble. Or maybe he’s not, we don’t know just yet. What we do know is that he is innocent until proven guilty. Making any assumptions about the young Russian serve no purpose at this time. Not until we’re given the appropriate details to at least judge the man.

" Varlamov would not just go about his daily routine in practice while knowing he committed a crime as serious as the ones he’s being charged with, could he? "Aaron Hernandez continued with his normal activities, of course now he is awaiting trial for murder. Often suspects in crimes act normal to put a good face and try to create doubt. I predict he will never play another game in the NHL
