The Avalanche has hit rock bottom. After blowing a late lead last night in Calgary, Colorado had nothing going for them tonight. The Jets stormed out to score early an often en route to a 6-2 victory over the Avs. Bryan Little led the way with a hat-trick and they also received goals from Chris Thorburn, Andrew Ladd, and Dustin Byfuglien.
Colorado’s two goals both came from Jarome Iginla—his first two of the season away from home. He now has six on the season and seven points in his last seven games.
