With the loss on Sunday afternoon in double overtime, some wind was taken out of the Sabres sails. They played so poorly, the had so many pp opportunities, Miller played so good yet this one got away. The series is 2-1 wiht the home team winning every game so far. What will happen tonite in this pivotal game. Rangers win on home ice again, its a ties series. Buffalo wins at MSG, its 3-1 and were headed home to wrap it up. As Billy Fuccillo would say, this is HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE BUFFALO!!!!!!
Lindy Ruff has been mentioning changing up his lines, and in particular putting Connolly with Briere and Hecht, Pomminville on the 4th line with Max and Mair. He thinks the Briere line is getting shut down on 5 on 5. Paille will skate in the
pre-game warmups and may be inserted into the lineup.
We need to dump the puck in and bang their D again.
