"Going to Winnipeg!" But how long can it last this time. The Rev takes a harsh look at the reality of keeping hockey afloat in a very small market. Also, the Flames lost a coveted prospect in Tim Erixon, but did they even have a choice in the matter? Come to the Sports Roundup to read more on these two topics.

I was going to read your article, but you didnt write it here. Lame links.
I agree, at least copy and paste them here.
concurred
You make a lot of absolute statements without having done any research. the current ticket structure puts Winnipeg in top 10 in league with a sell out. There is a waiting list for the corp boxes as of todayManitoba has more corp head offices than Edmonton and OttawaWinnipeggers have more disposable income than many other cities as the cost of living is far cheaper. It will work.
i hate tim erixon may he burn in hell.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion...unfortunately. Nothing worse than people blabbing about things they clearly don't have a clue about. For starters does the number of seats really matter? Isnt gate revenue all that matters? Last time I checked if you are able to charge more per seat, numbers of seats is irrelevant.
Too bad. What I wrote was pretty good.
Oh and this site sucks.
After all the season tickets luxury boxes Winnipeg will be pulling in 55-60 million in revenue for the next 3 to 5 years. Puts them in the top half of the league in ticket revenue. Not bad for a small market eh?
For the love of god, stop saying "the Polar Bears"
