If Eklund is right and a letter of intent has been signed with the local group here in Nashville then Pred fans have something to be happy about for the first time in a long time!
While nothing else is being reported at this time (Eklund is way ahead on this one!) it does give some certainty for the immediate future of the franchise. Now if the corporate community can continue to rally behind the local effort we might actually have something here!
The Rally is tomorrow and my hopes of having the new ownership in place by then looks to be coming true. If you were a local fan you could not have written a better script!
UPDATE 4:20 est...
The <a href="

so pretty much, he didnt make this up!!!! instead he does his normal thing when he's right: get it from a published source :o
That article that you referenced only talks about the meeting not the letter of intent. There were several sources on the meeting but none on the letter.
well i wonder why he said that.. oh right he makes up a lot of stuff ;)if you look at it for his hockey rumours, hes right like less than 5% of the time, that includes stuff that happend 7 months after the fact that he mentioned it.... so I am guessing he pulled this one out of a hat for his story of the day
