These are some awesome sayings by Rick. He is a legend in Buffalo for everything he says and for being with the Sabres. He has the most animated sayings in the history of commentating in Hockey. Check these out.

At least he has passion for hockey, far better than HNIC announcers, except Hughson. LALALALALALALAFONTAINE!
I truly wish he was the replacement for Bob Cole. He probably wouldn't come to NHIC for any amount of money, but I would try anyway.
Do not forget Rick is also one of the Classiest and humble people around. He never calls himself the "voice of the Sabres" He says that was Ted Darling.
