And top 10 pp you don't even have a top six forward on the team you could claim Avery and he'd be on the top two lines lol

yeah, how's the defense in jersey these days? Andy Greene looks like a big time keeper. Henrik Tallinder is only coming into his prime, right? and I'm certain that Volchenkov will outhit/outblock Schenn and definitely play a full season. Marty Brodeur for Vezina!

A-Mar--- Its funny that you try to question Jerseys Defense...Try taking another look at the Leafs d corps. If you want to insult someone first make sure your not talking out your a$$. Next time you speak make sure your team is talented enough to make the playoffs.

Thanks for addressing my concerns. Its good when you bring up clear-cut evidence to support your points. I haven't said that the Leafs are better than Jersey, just that the gap isn't so large that yourself or "goalvachuk" can be trolling.

and throwing it out there... the Leafs 7th guy, Cody Franson, would've let Jersey's blueline in points and plus-minus last year. So yes, I'd rather take Schenn, Phaneuf, Komisarek, Liles, Franson, and Gunnarsson over Greene, Tallinder, Volchenkov, Fayne, Salvador and Strahlman/Fraser. Colour me a homer.

I'm sorry but Toronto's D intimidates me more than anything Jersey has. Phaneuf and Schenn are better than any of Jersey's d-men. I've watched Tallinder for years (Sabres fan here) and I'm sorry but he is a 4th d-man at best. Too inconsistent, and never came close to matching the year that gave him a name in the league. That being said, I'd take Jersey's forwards in a heartbeat. Especially Parise. Good luck to both teams, we'll see who truly has the better d in due time.
