The Columbus Blue Jackets have successfully conquered a back-to-back stint against two different organizations,
Improving their record to 6-12-0.
On Friday night, the Jackets defeated the Pittsburgh Penguins by a final score of 2-1 in regulation. For the Pens, fiesty winger Patric Hornqvist scored their only goal in the final minute of the game. For the Jackets, Brandon Saad (my player to watch) and Scott Hartnell scored the goals. Other players that got points include Nick Foligno, Ryan Murray, and Cody Goloubef. Sergei Bobrovsky stopped 29 of 30 for a 0.966 save percentage (96.6%).

On Saturday night, Columbus finally got their first home win of the season, beating the Arizona Coyotes by a final score of 5-2. For Arizona, Anthony Duclair and Oliver Ekman-Larsson scored. For Columbus, Wild Bill scored two of the team's five goals. They are also his first two goals as a Blue Jacket. Other players that got goals include Ryan Johansen, Boone Jenner, and Brandon Saad.
