The Jackets got both their goal from the same player in the final two frames. At 14:41 of the second period, captain Nick Foligno scored his 10th of the season; David Savard and Oliver Bjorkstrand had the assists. At 10:45 of the third period, Foligno netted his 11th of the season; Jared Boll and Seth Jones had the assists. Joonas Korpisalo was in the net for the Jackets, and he stopped 26 of 29 shots for a 0.897 save percentage (89.7%)
