Justin Falk
Falk has been a tweener this year for Columbus. His huge frame causes fear, but he is not that fast. He can shoot and score from the backend, but doesn't do it often.
Grade: C
Cody Goloubef
He was injured half the season, and was also scratched as he was the team's 7th defenseman.
Grade: C-
Jack Johnson
Johnson is a talented defenseman and can dominant games. He just does it at the biggest movements. There were not many of those this year for Columbus. He is set to be the veteran defenseman and can lead this team there.
Grade: B
Seth Jones
Jones came to Columbus midseason and proved to be the team's unanimous number one defenseman. He has lots of tools to improve and is working with Ryan Murray.
Grade: A
Dean Kukan
The Swiss defenseman is the first from his country to suit up for his country. He did a better job in the AHL.
Grade: C+
Ryan Murray
Murray struggled in the first half and improved in the second half. Much better player with better players.
Grade: B
Michael Paliotta
The youngster is just starting his Columbus career after coming here with Brandon Saad. Lots of potential.
Grade: C+
Dalton Prout
Big and slow. Can shot from the point but doesn't do it much. Also takes lots of penalties and fights.
Grade: D
John Ramage
Youngster that played few games. Starting to head towards prime. Enjoyed most of season in AHL.
Grade. C
David Savard
Good top four defenseman. Does produce for Columbus. Just entering prime of career.
Grade: B-
Fedor Tyutin
Veteran that is slowing down and barely produces. Heavy salary.
Grade: D
