Ok well, the Flyers decided to practice earlier then what was posted on their site (which is a normal thing when it seems I am going to practice)
When I got there is was practice for standing in front and tipping it in and various other mini stations among the last few. Then it got to be Fitzpatrick, Upshall and Boulerice skating and shooting on Nitty (I am guessing Nitty won't be starting tonight).
The coaches worked them pretty hard through various mini drills with skating and shooting.
There was a pretty good sized crowd today and I met up with Number23 from Hockeybuzz.

Thanks for the blog/pics, how did fitz and nitty look. I am concerned about both of them as Fitz has been injured and Nitty could use an excuse for his preseason play.
Fitz looked like he was struggling but then I am not sure how hard he had worked during the regular practice. I would assume breathing hurts when you have a rib issue. Could be a combination of things.
