I got last minute tickets to the game and went down. I didn't see Jim Dowd's goal but I heard the goal horn as I walked into he building. I took it as a good sign but maybe it wasn't.

The Flyers played really well from the end of the 2nd. I think that what I did see of the first it was pretty even.

In the 3rd period going 4 minutes or so with no whistle was wild!

This is the type of game I love to watch the constant battling the one team making the most of the others mistakes. Two absolutely quality goaltenders in net.

Here are my pics. I haven't had a chance to caption or title anything.

Those refs are going to give me a heart attack... the non tripping call on Lupul (or Upshall), the non trip called on Staal, the Avery interference... there were bad calls for both sides the entire game.

how was the Avery interference call a bad call? he made attempt to slow up and piled Coburn into the net.

I have to admit the "high stick" by Avery on Briere was a total dive by Danny. On the tv coverage you could clearly see that the stick grazed the side of his helmet and maybe 1 second later he reacted as if he took in in the mouth. Bad dive by Briere, I was very disappointed with him on that one.

I always love your picture shows. Fantastic work; great photos. I dont know what you do for a profession, but was thinking it would be nice of hockey fans had a magazine, full of photos like yours. Nice work, and thanks for sharing the photos; they really are fantastic. Some of those photos are priceless, like the one with Richards, Carter, Umberger and Eager on the bench -- all first round draft choices, or the shots that catch a player in a funny position, like one of Niitty on the bench. Great stuff!
