12/10/08 Phantoms practice/ Flyers optional practice

Shout out to the big crew at practice today!

Thank you Marty Biron for stopping today after practice!

Flyers had an optional practice
It was Parent, Powe, Nodl Carle and I am not sure whom else as I stayed with the Phantoms when someone told me that it was not the full Flyers team on the ice.

Phantoms had a 2 hour practice.

They worked on alot of stuff today.
Some of the drill were pretty interesting and different. Not things that I have ever seen the Flyers run. I will say also nothing I have personally ever done in a practice. I am sure they serve a point I am just not 100% on what.
