Tonight was just sad to watch. The first period they came out good. It looked like this was going to be the I will call the the Mr Hyde version of the team. The one that is sharp and fast and all over the other team. Then they came out in the 2nd period and we were back to the Dr Jekyll version of the team, sluggish, sitting back, constantly in the penalty box. That continued for the 2nd and the third periods. There were bright flashes of different shifts but how do you get anything going when you are killing yet another penalty.

Afterwards went and waited for the players to come out and sign things as they were leaving. I did not have my jersey with me and one of the 3 I need stopped Jason Smith. A whole bunch stopped which considering it was a loss I thought was really good. The other thing I wanted to note is that all the players are just awesome when interacting with Kids. They talk to them a little more give them a special moment. I think that is fabulous and wanted to share that I recognize and appreciate it.

I took some videos too but I am not waiting for youtube at this hour will be added sometime later tomorrow.....
