ROOKIES

Steven Boyd played like a monster by far the best skater was great today

Tim Ramholt best day in camp played the best defenisively he has was 10 times better today than the rookie camp Tim showed up today

Leeland Irving Played very well today didn't look rusty at all did a better job controlling his rebounds

Matt Keetly Matt was a super star made some terrific saves but sometimes made it harder than it made to be gave up some rebounds but I think he is the best Flames prospect in goal.

Kris Chucko Second best forward did some nice hits needs to improve on his skating and build up will be a good one but still a little ways away.

Tomi Maki needs to finish but he has tons of grit love his determination to grab the puck

Veterans

Alex Tanguay
Wow Scored a great goal in the shoot out and five on five he has the best forward on the ice this man can skate

Matthew Lombardi
Still the fastest player on the team scored two goals three on three this kid is going to be a star this season

Owen Nolan
Looked very good today I think its the best shape he has been in in his carreer

Adrian Aucoin
Welcome back was pretty solid needs to get his legs back but I think he will be fine if he can get his legs back.

Jerome Iginla
He was great his shot was on he made some power moves played very well with Tanguay

Mikka Kiprusoff

Kipper made the save in the afternoon doing his nomal split glove save also he made it publically that he is staying no questions ask

hey thanks for the update I also wrote an update so I hope we're not flooding the flames thing!! I thought the vetrens playing seperate from the young guys might be Keenans way of of saying if you play really well you get to play with the big boy squad and vice versa if you suck you get demoted to the quad city group. Kind of like a certain reality hockey show hmmm....

It's good to hear the recent news that Kiprusoff has stated he is staying in Calgary, and he's admitted he wants a deal done before the season starts. Then signing Dion long-term is the key.
